1. Do the minutes roll over?
There are no rollovers on services into the next month – use it or lose it!
2. Are there restrictions?
Restrictions apply to memberships. 6 month membership contract required. Not valid in combination with other offers. Call for details. Upon expiration, auto-renewal plan with one month written cancellation notice.
3. What is the best membership for me?
The difference in membership pricing is based on the level of practitioner’s experience in the industry. Not all services are provided by all practitioners. Therefore it is necessary to receive a consultation to select the best membership for you.
4. Is there a cancellation policy?
We do have a 24-hour cancellation policy. All appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are subject to the charge of the full service originally booked.
