Do not expose Novalash eyelash extensions to water for 12-24 hours after application. Avoid any products with glycol, organic solvents, urea, and alcohol. Novalash makes their own water-soluble mascara and eye make-up remover pads. Do not use an eyelash curler, rub your eyes or pull on your Novalash extensions. Be aware that your eyelashes naturally shed, so do not be alarmed if you lose a few between touch-ups. Visit your technician 2 weeks after your first application to establish your touch-up schedule.

Avoid heat, sun, products with artificial fragrance and colors, and exfoliation for approximately 3 days post treatment. If you are diabetic, have skin disorders, high blood pressure, use Retina, Acutain, hydroxyl acids, receive clinical skincare exfoliation, have varicose veins, recent scar tissue, are pre-menstrual or pregnant you may have contraindications to your waxing service.
